Recruitment process

  • Job profile

    Create insight through a basic analysis of our customers’ challenges and situation. This is done in a meeting with the recruiting manager and other relevant decision makers at our customer.

  • Choice of recruitment method

    For some roles, advertising is best suited and in other cases we carry out a search process. Sometimes best results are given by combining search and advertising.

  • Advertising and search

    When advertising, we support the selection of media and the design and publication of ad text. Analysis and job profile is the basis for which candidates we choose to contact.

  • Interview

    The candidates that match our customer’s needs are invited to Addilon for an in-depth interview. Here we map the candidate’s match to the current position.

  • Presentation of candidates

    Usually we present three to five candidates for each position. In addition to the candidate’s CV, we also request grades and relevant certificates.

  • Personality assessment

    Personality and logical tests. The outcome is followed up with in-depth interview and feedback with the candidate.

  • References

    For the selected final candidate, we carry out reference taking with 3-5 references. Each reference take takes about 30-45 min.

  • Background check

    Depending on the role, we carry out various background checks (where applicable).

  • Advisor

    During the final stage of the recruitment process, Addilon is an advisor to both the candidate and the decision-makers of our client.

  • Follow-up

    We follow up recruitment with both customer and candidate six months after starting employment.
